Refund policy

The following information applies to customers who are consumers and who are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal and Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes possession of the last item.

If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may inform us, for example, by email or letter. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal using our online “Withdraw from contract” function. You can also find the corresponding link in the footer of our online shop during the applicable withdrawal period.

If you use the online withdrawal function, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay on a durable medium, for example by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will generally use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

Following your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

For customers in Austria and Germany, we additionally offer the option of obtaining a return shipping label through our returns portal. The current cost of this return label is €8.90 and will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Alternatively, you may arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself.

Inspection of the Goods and Possible Loss in Value

You may inspect the goods to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such an appropriate inspection. This may apply in particular if the goods have been used, show signs of use or need to be cleaned or refurbished as a result of
